I made this recipe for brunch the other day, and everyone couldn't stop licking their plates

Ingredients:

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg, beaten (for the egg wash)

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and butter until they form a smooth, creamy texture.

Slowly incorporate the all-purpose flour into the mixture, blending until a supple dough emerges.

Lay out the dough on a flour-dusted surface and flatten it into a rectangle, approximately 1/4-inch in thickness.

Mix together the pecans, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a separate bowl.

Evenly sprinkle this delightful pecan mixture atop the dough.

Carefully roll the dough from its longer edge, ensuring a firm log formation.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the dough log into 1-inch segments and arrange them on the baking sheet.

Gently brush the sliced rolls with the beaten egg to give them a glossy finish.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, ensuring they attain a golden brown color and the fillings bubble with delight.

Allow the rolls to cool a bit before serving and witnessing the magic unfold.

May these Pecan Cream Cheese Rolls bring warmth, joy, and delicious memories to your table! Enjoy!
