Boneless Chicken Tenders



* You will need:

° 2 eggs.
° Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
° Half a teaspoon of onion powder.
° Bread crumbs.
° 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil.
° 6 pieces of thinly sliced pork.

* How do:

In a large bowl, mix eggs and spices together, dip meat in and cover with breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and brown the meat for 1 minute per side, you can add oil to avoid burning the meat.
In an oven preheated to 375 degrees, bake the meat for 15 to 20 minutes.
