Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

* Ingredients:

°1/2 cup light mayonnaise
°1/2 cup milk
°4 eggs, lightly beaten
°8 ounces low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
°1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed, thawed, and squeezed dry
°1/4 cup chopped onion
°1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust

* Directions :

Preheat oven 400°F (200°C). Covering cookies sheet with foil.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Whisk in the eggs. Layer-spinach, cheese, also onions in  pie crust, make several layers of every. Pour in egg mix. Placing quiche on prepared cookies sheet. Covering quiche with foil.
Bakiing in  preheaated oven about 44 min. Removing lid, & baking about 10 to 15 min,  & filling is set.
