Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust


°4 cups all-purpose flour
°1 3/4 cup ghee
°3 tablespoons white sugar
°2 teaspoons salt
°1 egg
°1/2 cup water

* Directions :

In  bowl, mixing all-purpose flour, butter, sugar, and salt. Blend with a pastry cutter to crumbly.
In  bowl, mix egg with water. Mix in flour mixture. Chill in refrigerator to ready to use.
